My name is Freddy Jaggi - and I live in a beautiful small village called Bättwil, close to Basel.

With over 25 years of experience in HR management and development, I have continuously developed my expertise and consulting skills. My background includes a master's degree in coaching, a diploma in solution-focused short-term coaching and a Co-Active ICF Coaching certification. I also have in-depth expertise in the fascinating field of Resilience and Mindfulness.
